Questions we hear before the first month

We already have a weather tool across our mine sites. Why add another?

You don't need to replace anything. Crew Pass is for exploration programs, where most existing tools either don't cover the use case or charge an annual rate for a 10-week campaign. It's built to run alongside whatever you already have on site.

What if the crew doesn't have a Garmin inReach?

Crew Pass still works. Alerts are delivered via the companion app on iOS and Android. Garmin inReach is an add-on for crews operating beyond mobile coverage.

How do we know the alerts are reliable?

You see every data source in the dashboard. Lightning, Bureau warnings, nearby stations, all visible, nothing hidden. Book a demo and we'll show you.

Can we set it up for multiple crews?

Yes. One Crew Pass per active crew, each self-serve and independent, managed from a single Exploration Manager account.

What happens to our alert history if we pause and restart?

Your crew safety log stays on the account. Alert history doesn't disappear when you switch off between campaigns.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. One month is the minimum. Cancel at the end of any month.

Running an active mine site?

Crew Pass is for exploration programs. When your program moves into mine operations, Site Ops gives your HSE team, mine managers, and central operations a full operational alerting suite: TARP-aligned, with an automatic log of every alert, running 24/7.
